This fruit salad is very colorful and makes for a great side dish to any meal or is also a healthy snack option. What a summer treat.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place honeydew on salad plate. Place about 1/4 cup cottage cheese in each wedge. Drain pineapple, reserve juice for something else. Arrange pineapple on cottage cheese. Place a few candied cherries in between pineapple slices. Sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle with a bit of honey to taste.

Number of Servings: 4

Notes from the Cook: If you wish you can mix some of the juice from the candied cherries into cottage cheese for color. You can save juice from pineapple for a drink.
