A boneless pork loin is wrapped in foil with a brown sugar-almond-butter mixture, then grilled.
Sear roast in skillet and set aside. In same pan melt butter, add almonds and toast for 2 minutes. Add brown sugar, water and mustard, mix well; remove from heat. Place loin on heavy foil. Pour sauce mixture over it and wrap up, sealing well. Place on BBQ over medium heat; grill until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees, turning occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes from the Cook: If you like extra sauce make extra, leave in the skillet and pour it over the pork after slicing.
