Boneless, skinless chicken breasts coated with a crunchy taco flavored breading--quick and easy too.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg and milk in a pie plate. Soak both sides of chicken in mixture. Put crushed chips on a plate. Coat chicken with chips on both sides. Bake for 20 minutes.
