This quick and easy chicken dinner will make anyone a fan of your cooking. Dinner never looked so easy.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a large glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Butterfly the breasts to about 3/4-inch in thickness and season lightly with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour Egg Beaters into a large bowl so you can easily dip chicken breasts. Combine ground walnuts and croutons on a large plate. Dip breasts into Egg Beaters and let excess drip off before coating with nut and crumb mixture. Place in baking dish and bake about 25 minutes or until done.
