This dish is so delicious you will have everyone fooled about how healthy and easy it is to prepare.
Boil sausage and drain, then remove the casings and slice. Add oil to a large pan with garlic and on medium heat cook for about two minutes and add sausage. Then add onions and green pepper, cook until meat is slightly browned, add red pepper, basil, wine and cheese. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve tossed with the pasta and a side salad.
