Peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut spread are what makes these nut butter pancakes so unique and tasty.
Preheat electric griddle to 325 degrees. Grind oats in blender or food processor until finely ground. Mix oats into other dry ingredients in bowl and set aside. Melt peanut butter, chocolate hazelnut spread, and butter/margarine in microwave. Beat eggs in bowl. Then add the milk and vanilla to egg and combine. Mix in melted ingredients. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto griddle. Flip when underside is slightly brown, bake until done. Enjoy with blueberry or maple syrup.
