Beef cubes, marinated in pineapple & lime juices, are stir-fried with bell pepper strips, green onion and canned tropical fruit salad.
Place first 6 ingredients in medium bowl; toss to coat meat well. Cover & place in refrigerator overnight, stirring at least once. Remove meat from marinade. In large skillet heat some of the canola oil. Saute meat about three minutes. Add thawed stir-fry vegetables, green onion and pepper flakes to meat. Saute about three minutes. Add tropical fruit salad. Allow fruit to heat. Remove from heat. Mix cornstarch and juice from fruit salad in small cup. Pour over meat and vegetable mixture. Return to heat, stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. (You may adjust amounts of cornstarch and liquid, if you prefer.) Serve over rice.

Notes from the Cook: You can use leftover marinade to mix with cornstarch or add it to meat mixture if you prefer more liquid to pour over your rice.
