Sauteed pork, seasoned with onion, garlic and bay leaves, served with rice and shoyu soy sauce.

Slice onions in small equal slices, add smashed pieces of garlic, and 3 bay leaves. Saute onions, garlic and bay leaves with fine olive oil until caramelized. Add pork and coat with olive oil--cook until browned. Add salt and pepper when meat is browned.

Number of Servings: 4

Notes from the Cook: Serve with rice and shoyu. I prefer to use chopsticks if you have them.
