This easy stir-fry for two uses precooked chicken strips as a shortcut. Broccoli is added, and soy sauce & garlic chili sauce give flavor.

Using a good quality nonstick skillet, saute broccoli and chicken for 5 minutes, while you make the sauce. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and garlic chili sauce in a small bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add sauce to skillet and stir for 5 minutes, until sauce is mostly absorbed or until desired consistency.

Number of Servings: 2

Notes from the Cook: Serve with cooked rice. This is fairly spicy, so chili sauce can be reduced to taste.
