Easy to make crock pot chili with a twist--a carton of sour cream will turn down the heat.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Brown ground beef and steak tips (stew meat). Drain well and place in crock pot. Add all ingredients except sour cream. Allow to cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Before serving add entire 16 oz tub of sour cream to crock pot. Serve hot and top with cheddar cheese.

Number of Servings: 8-10

Notes from the Cook: I discovered this recipe when my chidren didn't like my husbands chili. They said it was too hot and always tasted like canned chili. So I just threw together what I had in the fridge one day and it really worked out great!
