Rich chocolate cake, with a creamy filling of chocolate and Baileys Irish Cream, rolled into a pretty dessert and chocolate ganache on top.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and spread a thin layer of shortening over it. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Fold in melted and cooled chocolate. In a separate bowl whisk egg whites until stiff. Fold them into chocolate mixture. Pour evenly into pan. Bake approx. 15-20 min. Filling: Heat whipping cream, remove from heat and add milk chocolate and Bailey's. Refrigerate. When cooled whisk until mixture thickens. Spread over cake layer and then roll cake into a cylinder. Drizzle with ganache and serve.
