Chocolate cake with a peanut butter filling and a crisp streusel topping.
Cake: Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Mix flour with remaining dry ingredients. Stir flour mixture and milk alternately into butter and sugar mixture. Grease and flour 9 inch cake pan. Pour half of the batter into bottom of pan. Peanut filling: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted. Cool slightly and pour over batter in cake pan. Top with remaining cake batter. Streusel: Mix together dry ingredients. Cut butter into mixture until it resembles small peas. Sprinkle over the top of the cake batter. Bake cake at 350 degree for 35 - 40 minutes.
