This hot dip is made with crab meat, artichokes and cheddar cheese-a great make ahead appetizer.
In a 4 qt mixing bowl add the first 11 ingredients together and mix until well blended. Fold in the crab meat and artichoke hearts. Pour into a buttered baking dish (2-3 cup size). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and crusty.
Number of Servings: 8-10
Notes from the Cook: This is a great appetizer for any occation. It can be made ahead of time, and heated before the party. Serve with crackers or small toast.
