Beef top round, cubed, is seasoned with ketchup and soy sauce and cooked with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, and served over rice.
Cut meat into bite-size pieces, removing fat, and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Spray pan with cooking spray and brown meat, garlic, and minced onion. Add water and beef bouillon cube, let simmer for 30 minutes on low. Add ketchup, soy sauce, ground pepper, and Wondra flour to thicken. Make rice according to package directions. Ten minutes before serving add sliced mushrooms, bell pepper pieces, and onion rings. Serve over rice.

Notes from the Cook: Vegetables should be a little crisp, not limp. You can use red, green, yellow or orange peppers, which ever you like.
