Ground beef, cooked with onion & garlic, is combined with white hominy, ranch-style beans, & fajita seasoning, and served with cornbread or tortillas.
In large skillet, brown ground beef, garlic and onion on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent; about 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring to mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer approximately 5 minutes. Serve in bowls.
