Traditional fried green tomatoes with a corn meal and flour breading. A great side dish or hot appetizer.
Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl. Dip tomatoes into eggs, and let excess drip off. Roll tomatoes in dry mixture and shake off excess. Fry in hot grease until golden brown on both sides.
