Peachydene

Peach nectar and grenadine syrup are combined with club soda to make this sweet drink that's served over ice in tall glasses or mugs.

Ingredients:

• 16 oz club soda
• 16 oz peach juice or nectar
• 4 to 6 oz grenadine syrup
• Ice and chilled glasses or mugs
• Sliced fresh or canned peaches and maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions:

Mix all the liquids together and stir well. Pour over ice in 12 oz glasses or mugs that have been chilled in the freezer. On a long cocktail pick add a peach, a cherry and a peach.

Number of Servings: 4-6

Notes from the Cook: This is a drink my 7-year-old son and I came up with when we wanted something other then soda pop. He askes for it all the time instead of soda, and since it has real juice in it we don't mind making it whenever he asks!
