Volcano

Powdered iced tea foams up like a volcano when added to clear soda pop. This drink is fun for kids of all ages. Just omit the vodka for children.

Ingredients:

• Iced Tea Glass
• Clear Soda (such as 7-UP)
• Crushed ice
• One shot of vodka
• Powdered ice tea mix with lemon
• Slice of lemon

Directions:

Fill an iced tea glass about half-full with clear soda and crushed ice. Add a shot of vodka and stir. Add one tablespoon of the powdered tea mix. (It will foam up.) Place a slice of lemon on the edge of glass to serve.

Number of Servings: 1

Notes from the Cook: Omit the alcohol for a children's drink. Let them make their own drinks and watch their faces have a large grin as the powdered tea mix foams.
