Raw shrimp are cleaned and sprinkled with blackened seasoning, then cooked quickly in hot olive oil.
Unshell and clean shrimp; drain. Season with blackened seasoning. Heat a flat skillet and when hot drizzle olive oil in it. Then place shrimp in it and let it cook both sides for about 2 minutes each.
