These quick, no-bake treats are made with a boiled mixture of sugar, milk, butter and cocoa, and rolled oats & peanut butter stirred in, then dropped.

Plop Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla extract and oatmeal. After adding oatmeal, plop onto wax paper until they become firm.

Notes from the Cook: Kids go crazy for them and the oatmeal certainly doesn't hurt their diet.
