Chicken breasts, hot peppers, & onion are grilled, chopped, and combined in broth with Tabasco & noodles, and served sprinkled with pepper cheese.
First put the chicken onto the grill. When the chicken is nearly done, put on the peppers and Onions till they are starting to get blackened. Chop the chicken, onion and peppers, removing blackened skins. Meanwhile, in a large pot heat the water, Chicken broth and Tabasco to boiling, then put in the noodles and cook till they are done. Add the chicken, peppers and Onions. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
