Sugar-free Jell-O gelatin is whirled in the blender with boiling water and soft cream cheese, then chilled in dessert dishes.
Mix Jell-O with boiling water, stir until dissolved. Pour into blender. Add cream cheese; cover and blend until combined. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill until firm.
