Ramen noodles are cooked and combined with stir-fried fresh veggies and soy sauce in this pasta-and-vegetable side dish.

Cook noodles as package says, but without seasoning packets. Heat a wok pan with a tablespoon of oil; stir-fry mushrooms, onion, broccoli and cauliflower. Sprinkle one of the seasoning packets from noodles on the veggies. Add the soy sauce. Drain noodles in a colander; add butter and sprinkle with the other three packets of seasoning. Mix noodles with veggies or serve noodles with veggies on top.
