Candy Bar Salad

Children will enjoy this salad that combines chopped apples and candy bars. The dressing has mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.

Ingredients:

• 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
• 2 Jonathan apples, cored and chopped
• 6 snack-size Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
• 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnnaise
• 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:

Combine the apples and candy bars in a large mixing bowl. Combine the salad dressing, vinegar, sugar and celery seed in small bowl. Pour over the apples and toss gently to coat. Chill at least an hour.

Number of Servings: Serves 6-8
