Sunshine Bread

A blend of bread flour and whole wheat flour is used in this loaf, that's flavored with orange juice concentrate and sweetened with a little sugar.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
• 1 1/4 c. bread flour
• 1 c. whole wheat flour
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. water

Directions:

Assemble ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer. Select the Basic bread cycle and, if you machine allows it, the light setting.

Notes from the Cook: This is a fabulous breakfast bread and it makes fantastic French toast. Regular orange juice can be used but the orange taste won't be as strong.
