These chocolate-peanut buttery cookies come from a saucepan rather than the oven. They're made with quick-cooking rolled oats, sugar, butter and milk.
Put sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder in saucepan; stir and bring to boiling. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and scoop by the spoonful onto wax paper.
