The cinnamon-flavored dough is prepared in the bread machine. Pieces of the dough which are dipped in melted butter, rolled in cinnamon-sugar, and baked in a Bundt pan.
Set machine to dough cycle. Add first 7 ingredients in machine according to your machine's directions. Usually liquids/salt first, then dry ingredients with yeast last. When dough cycle is complete, remove and knead 10-12 times on a floured surface. Cut into chunks about golf ball size. Dip in melted butter first, and then roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Layer loosely in greased Bundt pan; drizzle with any remaining butter and sugar-cinnamon mixture; let rise in a draft-free spot about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven; place plate on top, and turn out.
Number of Servings: 4-6
Notes from the Cook: Place first seven ingredients in the bread machine pan; the last 3 ingredients are used for rolling the dough chunks. This recipe is much better than ones which use refrigerated-type dough or biscuits.
