Cranberry-Orange Honey Bread

This recipe combines brown sugar, honey, orange juice, cinnamon and dried cranberries, plus other yeast bread ingredients to make this small bread machine loaf.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup warm water
• 1/4 orange juice (room temp.)
• 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 1/4 cups bread flour
• 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 2-1/4 tsp. bread machine yeast

Directions:

Add ingredients to pan in order listed in recipe: liquids first, then butter or margarine, next dry ingredients and then the yeast (level the dry ingredients before adding yeast). Place pan in bread maker and secure. Close cover and press the bread select button.

Number of Servings: 4 (2 slices per person)
