Pina Colada Breakfast Bread

The flavors of a pina colada are present in this loaf of bread, which combines cream of coconut, candied pineapple and toasted coconut, plus maraschino cherries and macadamia nuts.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 tbsp cream of coconut
• 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup toasted coconut
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 tsp active dry yeast
• 1/3 cup candied pineapple, chopped
• 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Directions:

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions. Set for white bread, light color setting. Remove bread pan from machine and let cool for 10 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack before slicing and serving.
