Spaghetti, carrots & peas are tossed with cooked a ground beef mixture which contains peppers, onion, & garlic, and is flavored with gingerroot, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and duck sauce.
Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes. Add sliced carrots and peas; return to boiling and cook 1 minute more; drain and set aside. Fry hamburger, bell peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, chili powder and jalapeno pepper. Drain fat; add Worcestershire sauce and duck sauce. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add pasta, peas and carrot pieces; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and scallions on top and serve immediately
