Simple Bread

The bread machine is used to prepare the dough, with flour, yeast, baking soda, olive oil and sugar. When complete, the dough is shaped and baked conventionally.

Ingredients:

• Flour - 4 cups
• Active dry yeast - 3 tsp.
• Baking soda - 1 tsp.
• Warm water - 2 cups
• Sugar - 1/4 cup
• Olive oil - 3 tbsp
• Sesame seeds - 2 Tbsp.
• Salt

Directions:

Put dry ingredients in the bread machine and slowly add warm water and oil. Set dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine and shape into a loaf. Place in desired pan. Cover and let rise. Brush top with water and sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake in conventional oven.
