The "zip" in this easy fish recipe is a creamy topping of mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and horseradish.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine horseradish, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese; set aside. Place butter in a shallow baking dish. Place dish in oven just until butter melts. Place haddock in dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over haddock. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish is done.
