This soup cooks tomato, tomato paste, green sweet pepper, sweet potato, diced cod, rice and flour together in a mixture of fish stock, soy sauce, olive oil and water.
Simmer everything in a pot for 35 minutes, stirring once in a while.

Notes from the Cook: To be authentic, use crawfish stock instead of fish stock, and use diced crawfish instead of regular fish, or a combination of diced redfish and diced crawfish. For a spicier taste, add 1 tsp. cayenne pepper.
