Notes from the Cook: My mom was experimenting with making different salsas; this is what she came up with. Fast, easy and yummy! I use this recipe as a dip for my halibut poppers. After I combine everything, I puree it in the blender. It is best if you let in sit refrigerated overnight. Enjoy! This is fast and easy to make ahead of time. And always a hit!
