Italian Tater Crowns

Serve these easy potato appetizers with toothpicks. Just toss potato "tots" with Italian seasoning and cheese and bake.

Ingredients:

• 1-30 oz pkg frozen potato crowns
• 1/4 olive oil
• 3 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1 8oz jar pizza sauce, warmed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Open one end of potato package. Pour in oil and turn thoroughly to coat. Add Italian seasoning and shake to coat. Spread out on lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 15-17 minutes. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
