This freezer pie layers a cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk mixture with coconut, pecans, and caramel sauce.
Melt butter in large pot. Add pecans and coconut and cook until browned, stirring often. Combine cream cheese and milk; mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Layer cheese mixture, caramel sauce, coconut, and pecans in each crust. Freeze until firm.
