Notes from the Cook: This is a quick recipe I put together at my past job as a Live-in Caregiver. The patients in my care were diabetics that craved sweet drinks, and so I knew they must eat and drink healthy foods. I created this drink as a quick pick-me-up. It's healthy and tastes pretty good. I hope everyone who tries it enjoys it as much as my patients and I have. Can be made with any juice of your choice. Papaya works for me, as I like fruit juice.
