Canned tomatoes, cilantro, green onion, chili pepper, and garlic salt are blended to make this salsa.

Directions:

In a blender dump juice from 1 can of tomatoes. Add washed cilantro. Pulse/chop until blended then pour into a large container. Next put tomatoes and the chili or pepper (with only the stem removed) into blender and pulse until just blended. Then pour into same container. Add juice from next can of tomatoes and add green onions (root and most of the green part removed). If there is room in the blender add tomatoes from the remaining can; pulse until blended. Pour into container. Add salt and garlic salt. Stir, then cover and let sit over night. Serve with tortilla chips.

Number of Servings: 

Notes from the Cook: When pulsing in a blender, be careful to not go overboard or else you will end up will a green foamy salsa that is not very good. This recipe is much easier then it sounds and everyone that tries it will beg you for the recipe.
