Green tea ice cream, brewed green tea, clover honey, vanilla bean seeds and a little soy milk are blended for this smoothie.
1. Place 2 champagne glasses in the freezer for 2-3 hours before ready to serve. 2. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean and add seeds to blender along with next 4 ingredients. Cover and blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth and homogenous. 3. Pour smoothie into frosted champagne glasses. Serve with wafer cookies, if desired.
