This cappuccino variation adds chocolate syrup and whiskey to the brewed espresso and milk. It's chilled and served over ice or may also be served warm.
Dissolve sugar and chocolate syrup in hot coffee. Add milk or half-and-half and bourbon. Chill and serve over ice or blend with ice for a frappe. Garnish as desired.

Notes from the Cook: This recipe is ok to double or triple if you have more guests. If you would prefer to serve this warm, consider making a large batch and serving it hot from a crock pot.
