A versatile crostini flavored with garlic that can be used for appetizers.
Cut the bread into medium-thin rounds and lay the pieces out on a large cookie sheet so that none overlap. Mix the garlic, Italian Seasoning, and salt and pepper together well. Spray the pieces of bread with butter and smear a little of the minced garlic on each one. Sprinkle paprika over all the bread pieces. Bake at 400F for 5-10 minutes, or until lightly browned and toasty. Makes 6-8 servings. These can be stored in an airtight plastic bag after they've cooled to room temperature.
