Take these lightly lemon-flavored muffins to your next picnic or potluck for a fresh twist.
Heat oven to 375-degrees. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar together until fluffy; add eggs and beat until light. In small bowl sift flour again with baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with lemonade. Fill greased (2-inch) muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 20 minutes, or until delicately browned.
