An easy to make baked egg dish that can be used for your next brunch.

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add milk; mix until blended. Add cheese and meat and fold. Pour into round pie dish. Mix Bisquick amd milk, and pour over mixture. Put the 3 slices of cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
