Peanut Butter Cookies

This classic peanut butter recipe is always a hit - it's a great kid-friendly recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 C Crisco
• 1/2 C Margarine
• 1 C brown Sugar
• 1 C white Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 C peanut butter
• 3 C Flour
• 2 tsp. Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:

Cream shortenings and add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Make into balls, place on cookie sheet, and flatten with a fork. Bake 350 F for 10 Minutes
