In large bowl Cream butter, add sugar, then egg, unbeaten. In separate bowl sift flour, add baking powder and salt, sift three more times, add to butter mixture, add almond extract, then add rum and lemon, mix together. Refrigerate one hour. Put in cookie press. Bake 350 degrees 8-10 min.
