Citrus Salad Dressing

Orange juice gives this easy salad dressing a fruity taste that goes well with a wide range of green salads.

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend together and serve over your favorite salad.
