Try this vegetable quiche for your next brunch gathering or serve it warm for dinner.
Preheat to 350. In blender process flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, butter, and 1 cup cottage cheese. Blend well. Pour mix into bowl; add rest of cottage cheese, spinach, etc. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 2 10-inch greased pie pans for 40 to 45 minute 'till set.
