The infamous Greek pita sandwiches that are full of flavor without all of the calories.
Combine yogurt sauce ingredients and refrigerate. Mix meats, garlic, oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper well. Press into 1/4" patties (I used old Tupperware hamburger press). Place into freezer to firm. Grill on outside grill, toaster oven, or under broiler until done. Slice each patty horizontally. Place shredded lettuce, tomato and onion slices and in pita pocket which has been cut in half and kept warm. Place lamb patty in and top with yogurt dressing to taste.
