Try these burritos for dessert. They are filled with apple pie filling and fried, then served with ice cream and a brandy sauce.

Combine apple pie filling with cinnamon and sugar. Place 1/2 cup in flour tortilla. Wet edges and roll up. Heat oil in deep pan to 350. Fry each burrito until brown. Place on absorbent paper towel and drain well. Keep warm. Serve topped with brown sugar-brandy sauce and scoop of ice cream. Sauce: Mix brown sugar, water and salt. Bring to boil and simmer 3-4 min. Mix cornstarch with 2 T water and add to mixture. Cook until it thickens. Remove from heat and add liquor to taste.
