Cream cheese is the base for this rich noodle and vegetable toss. Serve as a side or main dish.
Cook noodles, adding veggies in last 5-6 minutes. Drain this, put aside, and keep warm. In saucepan, combine rest of ingredients--be sure cream cheese melts. Now toss it all together.

Notes from the Cook: To boost the zippy part, use Monterey jack with chile instead of cream cheese.
